Why can't I check out materials from Archives and Special Collections?
Materials held by Archives and Special Collections are unique, valuable, and/or given to us to preserve for future generations. We take this responsibility seriously, and because of that we cannot risk loss, accidental damage, or theft by lending materials for use outside of our reading room.
