I'm trying to access databases and I can't login. What do I do?
If you find that you are unable to log in to the computers at the library, then you likely need to change your UofL password (even if it is currently working for other UofL applications such as ULink or Blackboard). Users can update passwords at password.louisville.edu.
If you are unable to update your password, or if you find that changing your password does not fix the issue, then you will need to contact the IT HelpDesk by calling 502.852.7997.
